Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Proof of shipping must be provided.
Conditions for Accepted Returns

Items must be in original condition, unused, unworn, and undamaged.

We cannot accept returns for items damaged by the buyer.
Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Proof of damage (photos) must be sent to our customer service team to qualify for a replacement or refund.
