Returns and Exchanges Policy

 

At NUJUM, we want you to love your purchase! However, if you need to make a return or exchange, please read our policy carefully:

 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Proof of shipping must be provided.

 

Conditions for Accepted Returns

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • We cannot accept returns for items damaged by the buyer.

 

Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Proof of damage (photos) must be sent to our customer service team to qualify for a replacement or refund.

  2. Include proof of shipping when returning items.

  3. Once your item is inspected, we will process your refund or exchange as applicable.
